Rah Body & Soul Massage Therapy provides a deeply personalized and therapeutic experience. The massage therapist has a very gentle, caring, and grounding presence, putting clients at ease from the beginning. Each session starts with a conversation to learn about the client's body and needs, with suggestions for different massage modalities. The therapist is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive, able to sense and assess pain points and areas of focus even when clients struggle to vocalize the problem. The technique for deep tissue massage is spot on, using just the right amount of pressure to ease pain while allowing relaxation. The whole session feels super personalized and attuned, leaving clients feeling refreshed, lighter, looser, nourished, and more aware of their body. Highly recommended for athletes, those with chronic tension, or anyone seeking a moment of peace, healing, and tranquility. It is the best massage many have ever had.

SaRah is wonderful and kind. She knows her stuff. She clearly knows how to work out the tension that life inflicts on our body. I just wish I was closer so I could benefit from her professional touch more often.
