After 3 months I must say that I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. First of all, my goal was to get my health back in order and since joining Valley View I’m down 15 pounds I. 3 short months. I came here so they could help me get right with my physical health but to my surprise I have also benefited tremendously in my mental health as well! This is such a fun place to be at, the vibe is always great! It’s like a one big family here. I always leave feeling really positive and happy. The workouts are great and tough but from the great coaches to the other members there’s always someone there to push you thru and motivate you! I highly recommend this place. Best decision I’ve made in a lot of years towards my health is joining CrossFit ValleyView.

I’ve been with CrossFit ValleyView for about a year now and it’s been my pleasure to be around great coaches and athletes that enjoy a challenge but not impossible workouts to be done. Everyday it’s a different workout that CFVV puts together that make it an experience that keeps you on a fun edge. I’d recommend CFVV to anyone that wants a different workout challenge.
