This is for the price and ways to pay, possibly the work done (I see a weird white line on the comforter I didn't see before I took it in?) I don't even pay $40 in San Francisco to clean a comforter-they are overpriced, period. Plus when I tried to use a modern aka Apple Pay/touch they can't accommodate. For those reasons, even though convenient when here, I won't be coming back.

Took my wife's jacket there. When I went to pick it up, they tried giving me a jacket that was not my wife's. When I pointed this out, the lady insisted it was the right one. WRONG! The manager refuses to listen to my concerns or replace my wife's jacket since they have the wrong one. I will NEVER come back here again. See you in court, my lawyer is filing a lawsuit!

My husband had been traveling in Asia for 3 weeks so I dropped off way more shirts than usual this week. We intended to pick them up this morning as he's off again on business for another week tonight and HAD to have these shirts, but the time got away from us -- we're new to Owl Cleaners and didn't realize they close at 2pm on Saturday. Long story short, the owner went out of his way to help us get the shirts after the PG store had closed. We really couldn't be more appreciative and impressed by his excellent customer service. :-)
