Within a few weeks the swelling in my calves, ankles and feet were reduced to near normal condition. I have been getting massages from Heather James for about a year now. I decided I needed to share my impression and experience. She is such a gifted massage therapist! I love everything about the experience. The setting is so calming and inviting. I especially appreciate how open and airy the space is while still making you feel cozy, safe and well-cared for. Heather is so skilled and intuitive. I have come to her for headaches, as well as needing overall TLC. She never disappoints. I am sooooo grateful to have found her and be the recipient of her delightful energy, skill and presence.

Heather is amazing. She will spend a lot of time with you in order to make you comfortable and understand your needs without cutting into the massage time. I had a wonderful experience receiving La Stone therapy for the first time. I highly recommend her.
