I got the sport system from Cristan it work's awesome. Anytime I have had a question I have emailed or called Cristian. He has gotten right back to me. The first time I took it on the boat 3 other people want to get them a set.
I've been using Desert Star's Sport transmitter & receiver and the Scout receiver for about 12 years scuba diving in the Southern California ocean waters. Conditions can often be challenging and having the navigational certainty of the Dive Trackers is amazing. I've had occasions needing repair when I have damaged unit's. The units were reconditioned and return to me looking like new. Most recently I sent in a Scout receiver that seemed to be poorly performing. Desert Star performed a thorough investigation diagnosing the cause. I readily agreed with there solution of sending me a fully reconditioned (like new) unit under warranty. Outstanding service!
DSS was able to troubleshoot an old piece of equipment I had from them and get it back up and running quickly!
