“I went to Dr. Gilbert about a year ago, 2025. It took eight sessions to feel great. My neck was thrown out, and my shoulder was hurting. I have lower back damage that she would not touch, which I completely appreciated that she knew her limitations. Dr. Gilbert runs a tight ship, 30 minutes is what you’re paying for, in the beginning, she’ll give you one hour or 45 minutes for the same price. If she goes over 30 minutes to every single patient, she will run late all day just like a doctors office. I appreciate her timeliness with every patient being treated the same. She gives you exercises and is extremely knowledgeable and very upfront. She doesn’t candy coat anything. With that said if you can’t handle this type of care, you should move onto somebody that you see for years with the same results or less.“
