Eric and all the staff has been amazing and wonderful to us. I lost my baby girl due to a placenta eruption very sudden at 37 weeks … They made it very easy for us and was very grateful and helpful towards everything we requested. It’s been a heartbreaking experience to go through and they have been so supportive, kind, and sincere.

When a loved one passes, it's the worst experience. I can safely say Alta Vista makes it even more painful. While there are definitely specific legal steps that they have to take, I found this place rude and evasive.

INFINITE STARS!!! I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found Eric and his team to care for my brother's body (2wks} till we laid him to rest. My brother was a 49 year old burn victim and Eric was extremely patient, understanding and did his best to meet our mom's very specific wishes. Eric is extremely knowledgable, professional, kind and considerate, and that's vital when you lose a loved one. Infinite thanks, Eric!!! There are no words...
