“They were thorough. Communicated well most of the time. Gentle when putting things in your ears for the testing. And got you in and out at your appointed time. No delays no extra waiting. I would recommend them. No problems at all. They said they would even send the written results to me or email them to me. I didn’t actually take a picture of the sound room that they did it in, but it was a sound room inside of the office room. It was decent size I didn’t feel claustrophobic.”

“I've been 5 years sober. I have had really good counselors and counselors that were okay. I have dealt with mostly good people That work in the front office, there's a new one that's been there for several months that doesn't really seem to get me or understand me, and I don't really seem to get along with her. She's kind of judgmental and puts her nose in places that don't belong when it's not her call or her business, it's really unfortunate, because I would think that she would try to understand people that are going through this program due to the trauma that brought me here because of the trauma, I would numb myself by using...<br>so I'm grateful that this place got me sober and tries to document everything.So if I have children , it protects me in a lot of ways , because i'm doing everything i'm supposed to be doing.<br><br>I'm almost off. I'm scared when I get down to 1 mg. Because I know I'm going to suffer and if you have insurance, this is a place to go. I feel like this because Your recovery is consistent unless you have income. For me, I have no income.I'm doing it by myself with my insurance's Help. And I am a parent that is doing it on my own, 100%, I love A lot of support. They're pretty understanding. A few times outside incidents happened here at this program and the front desk staff have helped me get through it when I was being sexually harassed. They don't work there anymore , but I really miss them. Regardless , I have a lot of support with most of the people there. There are people there that have gone above and beyond for me. And I am so grateful for that. It's getting better there in a lot of ways for sure.”

“We followed Dr. Matt and Dr. Park here from Park Animal Hospital. They have by far been the best veterinarians we have ever had experience with. When we take our pets in to see them, they genuinely care about our pets and have shown that so many times through their treatment of them, the way they care for them, and the way they interact with us kindly and thoroughly. We’ve tried several other veterinarians over the years before finding Dr. Park and Dr. Matt and have had some truly awful experiences elsewhere. However, Dr. Matt and Dr. Park are the only veterinarians we have seen who we truly feel have our pets best interest at heart. They always listen to our concerns and explain everything to us in great detail, happy to answer our many questions. They both interact with our pets kindly and gently, treating them as our babies. On top of that, they seem the most knowledgeable of all the veterinarians we have tried and always make sure to address all possibilities when examining our pets to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatments. I’m super sad we will be having to move out of state, because I feel most comfortable with our pets seeing these veterinarians, but I 100% recommend both Dr. Matt and Dr. Park to anyone looking for a new vet.”
“Teddy the wonder dog saved the day. He literally eliminated all the anxiety that came with getting a 1st cavity filled. Dr. Matt, Jimmy, and Aimee were all so patient.. I never had seen a therapy dog in a dentist office. He was a game changer. Will always ask for Teddy from now on. Teddy needs a 401k and a company car”
“I had to make a same-day appointment with a new doctor (my primary wasn't available until next month). I got an appointment with Dr. Sully, who was absolutely wonderful. Usually, I prefer to see women doctors, but Dr. Sully made me feel very comfortable, and I felt my needs were heard and understood. The nurse was great too, and everyone at the pharmacy was lovely. However, I overheard one of the lab techs say a rude, immature comment about a lab sample I retrieved for them, which made me feel uncomfortable. She did not know I was behind the nurse and could hear what she said, but I did. Despite that interaction, everything else went just fine, and everyone I directly interacted with was super awesome! 5 stars for Dr. Sully, but -1 for the lab tech comment.”
