“I followed Dr. Gagneja from her former office because I had been with her for 15 years and love how easy she is to talk to about anything and how down to earth and realistic she is about helping me meet my health goals. Coming to this office was the icing on the cake because it is a calm and quiet environment where I feel like I have the privacy of sitting down with Dr. G with fewer interruptions and the parking is super easy. The only down side is the online questionnaire that has to be completed EVERY SINGLE TIME you come in, regardless of recency. I think that would be a deterrent for people my parents’ age who are less tech savvy. I’m a busy lady and don’t have time to keep answering the same questions within a couple of days of one another. One star off for that, but 5 stars to Dr. Gagneja.“

“We followed Dr. Matt and Dr. Park here from Park Animal Hospital. They have by far been the best veterinarians we have ever had experience with. When we take our pets in to see them, they genuinely care about our pets and have shown that so many times through their treatment of them, the way they care for them, and the way they interact with us kindly and thoroughly. We’ve tried several other veterinarians over the years before finding Dr. Park and Dr. Matt and have had some truly awful experiences elsewhere. However, Dr. Matt and Dr. Park are the only veterinarians we have seen who we truly feel have our pets best interest at heart. They always listen to our concerns and explain everything to us in great detail, happy to answer our many questions. They both interact with our pets kindly and gently, treating them as our babies. On top of that, they seem the most knowledgeable of all the veterinarians we have tried and always make sure to address all possibilities when examining our pets to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatments. I’m super sad we will be having to move out of state, because I feel most comfortable with our pets seeing these veterinarians, but I 100% recommend both Dr. Matt and Dr. Park to anyone looking for a new vet.“

“I had to make a same-day appointment with a new doctor (my primary wasn't available until next month). I got an appointment with Dr. Sully, who was absolutely wonderful. Usually, I prefer to see women doctors, but Dr. Sully made me feel very comfortable, and I felt my needs were heard and understood. The nurse was great too, and everyone at the pharmacy was lovely. However, I overheard one of the lab techs say a rude, immature comment about a lab sample I retrieved for them, which made me feel uncomfortable. She did not know I was behind the nurse and could hear what she said, but I did. Despite that interaction, everything else went just fine, and everyone I directly interacted with was super awesome! 5 stars for Dr. Sully, but -1 for the lab tech comment.“

Everything is always smooth sailing and the doctors and nurses in there are always willing to help. If I could give it 6 stars I would!“

“I'm male, and in my 60s. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Yaftali for 22 years, since we moved to the Conejo Valley. We couldn't ask for a better family physician.

Contrary to some Yelp reviewers, I have never once found the front office staff to be anything less than totally professional, and never condescending.

Over the 22 years, we had one (1) minor billing issue, and it was resolved instantly.

Dr. Yaftali has a colleague, Dr. Simard, who is also great. They back each other up when one or the other is out, so appointments can be made without waiting too long. We contacted them this morning, and got an appointment this afternoon, for instance.

Dr. Yaftali is happy to make referrals to specialists, and they have all turned out to be competent and capable as well.“
