“Absolutely wonderful experience with Flowers by Paulann. I placed my order at 9 AM, and by 2 PM, the flowers were already out for delivery! There was a small hiccup at delivery, but Alma (I think that was her name) went above and beyond by contacting me and making sure someone was there to personally receive the large arrangement rather than just leaving it behind.

And the flowers themselves? Even more beautiful than the pictures! You can really tell they care about both their arrangements and their customers. Amazing service & gorgeous flowers so happy to work with a local florist with fantastic results”

“Great customer service! Beautiful flowers! I live in Virginia. Found them via Google search. Called their store to order a sympathy bouquet. Francisco made the transaction smooth and easy along with great professional customer service . My sister texted me a photo of the beautiful bouquet she received. Highly recommend! More than 5 stars!”
