Rosie the medical assistant has lately have an attitude the last few times I've gone . She is rude and I've seen her talk to the front desk in an upset manner and saying you better get things done Mas que vale in Spanish . She doesn't greet me and seems easily annoyed . IF she's the doctor right hand she better be nicer or you guys should have a talk with her . She's seems so irritated. I've gone to the office a few times and same behavior. She use to not be like this but like I've said I've encountered her a few times and she seems upset , hostile, irritated and mean. This isn't one occurrence with her but multiple.

Worst medical provider in ventura county. Office staff is rude and unhelpful. The office manager Veronica believes the office staff lies and makes excuses. Twice the office staff told me i wasn't authorized to go there even though Anthem said I was. The office staff lied to Anthem to cover up their incompetent work.

I have been a patient at Rose Avenue Family Medical Group for over 10 years. The front desk and staff are always friendly and helpful. They have always tried to give me a same-day appointment when I needed it. All the doctors and Rosalva have been very professional and helpful with my care., Dr. Josphine Soliz was my family doctor since I first started. She was always very knowledgeable and very caring. She has taken some time off and I wish her the best.Now I have a new doctor, Helen Elizabeth Asthon. After my first check-up, I knew she would be another great personal doctor for me.
