I went there to fix a chip on my front tooth. Had no dental insurance, and paid cash. Money was an issue, and made sure to get the price from the receptionist when I arrived at the appointment before proceeding. Had already gotten a quote when I made the appointment over the phone, but I always double check. It was just under $400.00 back then, and it was highway robbery; having had it replaced several times, I can tell you that I paid $100.00 everywhere else. This place and Dr. Mehta might actually be the worst dental facility and dentist in the state of CA. My first clue should have been when the clinic and the DDS were listed on one of my insurances "find a provider" website but when I called I was told "well the actual doctor is new and he's not contracted with any insurance yet so it will have to be a self-pay visit". Fine. Whatever, I'm in pain. I show up for the appointment, we go through the whole situation again where I'm literally told "well we don't contract with this one insurance company but I have to bill them both".
