Bryan and Justin came and moved an air conditioner for me and put it back. What a great job they did!!! Professional, service oriented, kind and honest/ humble. I will only use Grimes Air Conditioning and heating from now on!!!! Thank you gentlemen ?

Grimes installed a new HVAC system in new house we just bought. We had to wait a little longer than I wanted but it's summer so busy season. They came out and basically did install in one day!! Which was amazing. They finished up the next morning within a few hours. So day and a half to install. It went on our roof. Had a old swamp cooler which they removed and used the space in roof for new system. They put the vents and new tubing in attic for air flow. The only thing I wish they would have told me the day of is the insulation was old in the house. So won't cool as efficiently as hoped for until new insulation is put in. The response to our heating and air problem was very quick. Your technician was friendly and explain the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. Our part had to be ordered , the quote, order time and final cost was dead on.
