Today I was coming into the oroville location and got welcomed by this lady with the brightest smile and it made me feel very comfortable.name was pagienot only that but the transaction I did was with a hasting....MAJOR THANKS GOING OUT TO PAIGE......YOU DID A PERFECT JOB AT HIRING HER.10 STARS.
Sean helped me today with my transaction , he made it go very quick and smooth , he was very friendly and even talked to me about other services they offer , that kind of customer service is why I go back when I need it , highly recommend the oroville location
I have used California Check Cashing many times in Sacramento. I was expecting the same lackluster customer service at the Oroville branch. But was very pleasantly surprised with how pleasant and helpful Gillian was during my visit today. She far exceeded my expectations with her knowledge of the services they offer. And she was very efficient while being super pleasant for the duration of my transaction. I would say this place is a cut above the other branches I have done business with.
