Brian answered the call on the 1st attempt and said he would have his technician reach out to us, within an hour Justin had called me back and fit us into his schedule. We are extremely happy with Greg’s Heating and Air, Justin’s professionalism and promptness were amazing. We will only be doing our HVAC business with Greg’s from now on even though they’re 30 miles away

Cruz is a awesome guy! After calling multiple tint shops in Chico, none were able to tint my car until next week. I called Cruz and he was able to squeeze me into his schedule that same day! He tinted all my windows and let me just say his work is QUALITY! I would highly recommend!

If anyone out there has a rabbit I highly suggest this place to take them to. I have struggled for a long time to find a vet that will see a rabbit, that I can trust and won't break the bank.

Air Rite is the best ac company to call .We are 2 senior citizens one disabled our air went out on thurs the 12th at 3:30 pm. They were all booked up but were able to send a repairman that day. It ended up being the blower motor. The next day they had a blower motor to in stall. They actually offered to put a used one in to get us by until tomorrow. We chose not to make the repairman do this since it was so hot. They came back the very next day and put the new blower motor in. I will always recommend Air Rite to anyone who has ac problems

Great company to do business with! I've had them do several projects, both large and small, and they've done a fantastic and efficient job each time. I've found their prices to be competitive, but even if they weren't I'd still probably go to them for the peace of mind that having a reputable contractor provides.

This past summer, while remodeling my kitchen in Chico, I asked my contractor, (who by the way, is one of the most well respected in Chico), for a recommendation for a roof replacement as my current roof was quite tired. Walt told me there is only one roofer he would recommend and the only one they use, which is Bippus Roofing. I called and Matt Bippus called me back within a couple of hours. He happened to be in the area and stopped by to give me an estimate. He was thorough in his examination of my current roof and didn't try to sell me the most expensive Platinum warranty like a couple of other roofers did. I appreciated his approach, knowledge and experience in roofing and chose his company for the job. They just finished the job and I couldn't be happier. His workers were all polite, on-time and cleaned up anything they left. Matt returned all calls and answered any questions I had. I had to wait about 5 months on their schedule to get it done, but I guess it is a good thing that they are busy for a reason. I would highly recommend Bippus Roofing in the Chico/Orland area.

I want to thank the sweet staff at Sweet-Olsen, Emmy and Haley for helping me lay my father to rest. I am 27, have never been left to figure out something like this all on my own, and was the only person who could make such decisions for him. He was in Williams when he passed and I was notified that he would be sent to a mortuary there. I quickly asked if Sweet-Olsen could be contacted and within a couple of hours Haley called at 9 pm letting me know someone was on their way to get him and that she was available 24/7 if I needed anything. Emmy worked with me on making and finalizing his arrangements and for myself working in the financial service industry I know what it’s like to be involved in such a private part of someone’s life. With that said, they were so professional while being incredibly considerate of me and sympathetic. I appreciate everything they helped me with along with small touches like making sure I got a lock of my father’s hair and thumbprints. Thank you for everything.

Just had my 6x3 winner supreme Pool Table Recover in a grey speed cloth. Robert was punctual and polite I could tell straight away he knew what he was doing.
