Best chiropractor for student athlete injuries and for their middle-aged parents' aches and pains.I've been a patient since 2003, and over time, my whole family and several friends have become patients as well.When choosing a chiropractor for your family, consider their experience. Dr. Walton is one of the best trained chiropractors in the state. He trains other chiropractors and for 20 years lent his sports medicine skills to Berkeley Cal athletes with weekly visits. My son, who played varsity basketball, was seen for several injuries, and was given great advice on rehab, and how to avoid future injuries. Wow! Dr Walton has been working on a skull injury I sustained at 13 and making realprogress 30 years after my accident. I went in for a treatment and he fixed a foot issue I've been working on in PT for a whole year! This man is amazing!
Doctor Walton has an uncanny ability to figure out what is wrong and actually fix it! I had a doctor say I needed carpel tunnel surgery and 1 year of rehab to learn to write and use my wrist again.Before I undertook such a task I had him look at my wrist and he showed me how to fix/treat this condition. No long term pain, no surgery although it was uncomfortable to do the initial adjustment. I will take a few seconds of discomfort to stretch a muscle that has not moved in years vs a lifetime of pain.I have found most doctors don't want to say they don't know what is wrong or they use the "go to" or lets face it, the most lucrative thing for them to "fix" the problem.Doctor...read full review
