“Janell did my eye brows and eye liner tattoos in 2018. Due to health issues and Covid, I, finally, able to get my permanent make-up redone. I was thrilled Janell was still in business. She is located downtown Orinda in an alley with restaurants and stores. Her shop is super cute and very clean inside. Janell has a nice personality. We had a great conversation about life and family. Janell will apply a numbing cream on your eyes for about 10-15 minutes. The procedure doesn't hurt. You'll feel a tickling or itchy sensation. Janell takes many breaks in between tattooing so it gives you some relief between the session. I am pleased with my results and I am happy I no longer have to draw my brows and eye liner. “Bea is absolutely beautiful inside and out. She really cares about her clients and takes her time to perfect your brows. I had the Ombre Powder Brows done and initially was very nervous because I had never had any type of tattooing done on my body before.
