My shoe cobbler moved to Texas during the pandemic and I have been searching for a new place for the last two years. My husband actually found this place on yelp and after reading the reviews and looking at the pictures, I dropped off three pair of women's shoes with different color sole and my husband dropped off his dress shoes as well. Turn around time was one week and the results was amazing. The customer service was amazing and it's a family owned business.

Torre is the cobbler I've been searching for all my life! 10/10 recommend. I've tried a couple other shoe repair shops in Oakland only to be overcharged and disappointed. I was on the verge of taking a pair of Frye boots back to a shop of disappointing convenience when, on a whim, I decided to Yelp shoe repair (again). Orinda Shoe Service appeared with five stars and glowing reviews--and I knew why the second I walked into Torre's shop. His kindness, attentiveness, knowledge, and confidence put me at ease. Great shop. Please support our local businesses like this. Without them, life would be much more difficult for everyone. They are really nice people and they did a great job on my Dr Martens that needed to be fixed. Five stars all the way. Price was super reasonable too.
