He's done an excellent job the three times I've taken my boots in for repair. He's not a talker, but so what? He does the job within a reasonable time, he does it really, really well, and he charges a fair price. I drive in from Point Richmond just for his service.

Don’t expect them to lightly polish and clean-up the fixed area like other places might. They’ll fix what was ordered, and that’s it. Straightforward & reliable. Heels were ready to pick-up in 2 days.
