I grew up going to places like this, I think my family preferred supercuts growing up... as an adult I tried to have a 'barber'. It ended up taking more time and costing more. I've always been very happy with a great clip! Especially at the Orinda store

I got my haircut here as a trim. And although I did get what I was asking for the back is too short and cut really high up. Also I wasn’t asked what shape I wanted the back. So they just cut a big circle and it makes my crown look like a snail shell. My sideburns were also cut and angled for some reason. It was about a 10min haircut and I wish the lady asked more questions and really cared more about the experience, but i guess this is good if you are in a hurry and trust your barber….but for me I need to start giving some more instructions and also let them know to slow down

Easy check-in via their app. Got two $14.99 coupons for my son and I. We both got high fades and about an inch off the top. Friendly stylists, quick service. Ran into a problem trying to use the online coupons. Both said good til 10/27, but only one coupon worked... happened to my son last time too. Pretty frustrating... ugh. Please fix the coupon system if you're going to push it on social media. Four stars for haircuts, two stars for repeated issues with their coupon system.
