Not professional at all. Parents were not allowed back (which i get) however they let the 6 year old childeren do whatever they wanted for a picture. My mil bought the full package and players cards only for her headshot to be a peace sign like she is chilling w friends. I tried calling and vm is full. I email costumer service but we will see.

Never received my child’s photos. I reached out to this company numerous times by email by phone and via the website. I never got a response. Also left numerous voice messages never got a response. Very very upsetting.

We just got our kid's soccer pictures back and both the team and individual pictures are COMICALLY bad. That didn't try to get decent pics of these kids AT ALL. All I can do is laugh and stuff them in a drawer. I'm glad I didn't get suckered into spending any extra money on a package.
