The quality of their pictures are horrible. Ive seen a constant decline. Over the past few years. Last years pictures were edited so horribly that i didnt even give any out. He got sick retake day so he couldn't do make ups. This year. I decided to pay for the highest package with all of the bells and whistles and my son appeared to have a black line under his lip and blemishes weren't edited out. We will do retakes in a week. If they dont come out right. I will be requesting a refund. Who has time for this type of service. If they cant give better quality pictures. The schools need to find another company to use. They shouldn't have a monopoly on school picture services

Went to go get senior pictures on 10/6/22. Made an appointment for 6:00 pm. Waited longer than an hour and a half just for a couple of pictures. There were several people who were here after us, and yet they were called up to take pictures before us.Check in person mentioned staff shortages, etc. People this is not rocket science. If you want labor, you need to pay a competitive wage!Plan a lot of extra time if you need to go to lifetouch for senior pictures.

$2 sur charge for fuel and labor? I did some quick math on how much money is spent per class at the school... multiplied by the number of classes. Then extrapolate for an estimate of the money gathered across the district. This company is getting too greedy... I doubt their workers are getting a pay raise with all these "labor" sur charges collected. I'll bet my $2 sur charge the money is going to the already-rich investors, not for business expenses or wages.
