Excellent communication and workmanship. Contractor is very responsive and easy to work with. We had ducting, insulation, and electrical work done and it went smoothly. Crews took care to protect furniture etc from damage and limit mess. At the end of each day they cleaned up so well it really helped minimize disruption during the project. Invoice and payment options are so convenient as well. Overall satisfied and would recommend this business.Services: Ventilated ceiling installation

I am beyond satisfied with the HVAC system that Rus installed. I had bids from several contractors and Rus was the only one to think out of the box to redesign my two unit system into one. He put much thought into planning the project and had a very high level of detail and quality in every aspect. After this experience, it will be hard to give anyone else a 5 star rating. Rus is everything you want in a contractor, but have probably have never experienced. He's professional, organized, extremely capable and competent, efficient, clean, reliable, proactive and engaged, present, on time, communicative, and honest. I got an entire new HVAC system: AC, heat pump, replaced ducts and insulation and installed a new house fan. Billing was simple and fair. He coordinated, scheduled and followed up in real time on city inspections. He showed up personally on day one to make sure the insulation removal service was there.
