I went in for the Deluxe Glo Facial a couple of months ago and Tracy was incredible!! Her spa and treatment were inviting, calm and an absolute treat to ALL of my senses. She analyzed my skin type, and quietly explained what she was doing while not interrupting the blissful quiet time. I fell into a light sleep during the massage because it was so soothing. My skin looked bright and hydrated for days and I will be booking my next appointment this week! I sent my daughter to see her for her birthday and will be sending my son in for his birthday in a couple of months.
I have been going to Tracy for facials and waxings for about 20 years. She has taught me so much about taking care of my skin and I have used the products she has suggested with great results!
Tracy creates such a warm and joy-filled environment for her clients! She wants to get to know her people and provide the best service. I haven't gotten a facial in about a decade, and when she gave me a menu to choose from, but I was a bit overwhelmed. She personalized the facial to me, and it was wonderful! She takes her time, tells you what she is doing and why, and really wants it to be a relaxing and refreshing experience! I felt more educated about my skin and cared for by the end of the appointment!
