So far so good. The only issue was being on hold for 12 minutes on our way there to say we were 5 min behind schedule. The lady who attended us in person was very friendly as was the one who escorted us to the room. Both considerate and professional. Dr. Dinh listened, was thorough and very willing to intervene right away with pain relieving steroid injections. He was empathetic to my mother's pain.
Fantastic care and service so far from everyone here. I just started with them 6/2, so I know it hasn't been long. I can tell you I also appreciate their staffing model and their number of locations. I generally go to the Orange location at 363 S Main St., Suite 220 - yes, the address that may appear in some searches next to Chick-fil-A is not the one, :)! I've seen Dr. Deckey, Dr. Le, and Dr. Dinh since 6/2.
Go in the helen parking garage and easy access to elevator. On second floor easy to find. Great and friendly staff. Of course awesome doctors. Dr. Mosavi always so welcoming and knowledgable
