I have used Green Star Home Services to replace my kitchen garbage disposal. The plumber Anthony was professional and polite man. He gave me a quote on the job. I thought it was a little bit too high. But I told him to go ahead and replace the garbage disposal. After that I called several companies to give me a quote and their estimate was lower than Green Star. I called them and was able to get a credit for the job. So I was happy with with them.

To start, I called them and then hung up on them! They would not give me a simple ballpark quote over the phone for a kitchen sink clog that we had already tried to snake, unclog, etc. They called ME back in 30 minutes saying they could have someone out in the next hour for $88!! Deal! Mind you, they called ME back wanting the job. Juan Galaviz shows up and says it will be $350!! WTF!?? I told him, his company called me and said they had a $88 special today. They. Called. Me. Byee byeee Juan! What happened to honesty? What happened to humanity? Would never, ever recommend this company.

They put in my central air/heating conditioning and it only heat my house for 5 minutes. When I told the installers the same day, said give it time. 2 years later I'm still fighting for them to fix it. The Manager refused to give me maintenance calls because he said it's broken and I have to pay for it. It's been 2 years and it was a brand new system I paid $12800. Also they can cancel the warranty if you don't use it, after I paid for a 10 year warranty. Home Depot ref them. You been warned
