Terrible company to work with. I've been forced to buy LG equipment through them because they are the only distributors of commercial LG equipment. They have (for years now) delivered the absolute worst service of any distributor I've ever come across in all my years of HVAC. Their staff is extremely un professional, they forget to order time sensitive equipment, are rude in emails, techs are extremely lazy in the field (with the exception of a few, shout out Kole), and over all just suck. It feels almost as if they give training on how to deliver the worst service experience imaginable purposefully. I really hope LG starts using another company to distribute their equipment so that DMG can finally have some consequences for their terrible service, and have someone to compete with them. They price gouge any where they can knowing you have no choice but to operate with them. I can't express this enough. I HATE working with DMG. I'm finally taking time out of my busy schedule and going to file a grievance with LG against them because I'm so fed up with the prolonged frustration.
