The staff always went above and beyond to make our experience as comfortable as possible. At times they were able to accommodate my mother by doing some of the easier work from her wheelchair. They took the time to help us find a hospital closer to home, made sure we would be taken care of, and Dr. Mattar even personally wrote us a letter explaining the situation. That letter helped speed up the process once we arrived at the hospital.<br><br>The whole experience was physically excruciating, but knowing that someone was actually helping us made it a little easier.<br><br>We’re genuinely grateful to this team. My appointment started on time and never felt rushed. I felt that Dr. Tanya made sure my dental care was very thorough, and I appreciated her calm and confident bedside manner. I did not feel like the doctor portion of the appointment was rushed or too short which is how I have felt at other dental offices. Rather at this appointment, Dr. Tanya took the time to introduce herself, did a thorough exam, answered any questions I had, made reasonable recommendations, and even did the cleaning portion herself! The dental assistant/hygienist also expertly took x-rays and made friendly conversation, which I appreciated. I will be coming back for future cleanings and an orthodontist consultation and would recommend this office to my friends/family.”
