He and his project manager Tony built and replaced all the affected cabinets and drawers and repainted them so everything matched. They also supervised all necessary plumbing and electrical work so our kitchen looks and functions like the accident never happened. “We did a full garage makeover and love the end results. The process was great, Drew was very nice, honest and timely. He was clear with what his product was and how it would be installed. Renders with drawings really help us shape our garage. We had a rough floor before the start of the project and now it looks so good. We went with a black and white chips for the epoxy flooring with all black cabinets. Looks very clean. I highly recommend this company.“

I was about to install quartz countertops, done by a different company, when I decided last minute to change the vanities. With only one week before the countertops were scheduled and just two weeks before Christmas, time was very limited.

The kitchen was just over 100 square feet, and the process began with our general contractor removing everything down to the studs in the walls.DesignWe visited the showroom to examine product and ask questions. We easily saw the options available to us, and Ryan answered all our questions without applying any pressure to make certain decisions. The design process continued with Ryan sending us custom drawings of the project for our approval based upon the product we selected and the accents we wanted. Throughout this process we felt that our desires were implemented and presented so that there was never any confusion. Based on the drawings, we made a few changes to the layout, and these changes were implemented without issue. “FEBRUARY 29 AT 3:00 A.M. I WOKE TO THE SOUND OF DRIPPING WATER Just two years ago we bought a totally remodeled condo in Brentwood. Now water was steadily dripping out of my recessed LED ceiling fixture. While awaiting an HOA approved plumber I collected 60 gallons of water in a recycling barrel. It took 36 hours to find the leaking sprinkler system pipe buried in a staircase wall in the floor above us. WHAT TO DO? We called Hannah Pilkington of COMPASS the amazing realtor who had sold us the condo and asked her for referrals. She recommended Nu Environmental for mold testing and CRS Construction for high skill finishing and remodeling. The 1996 iron pipe had been leaking albeit very slowly, for months so THERE WAS MOLD IN THE CEILING, WALLS & WALK-IN CLOSET. I immediately called Joseph Chadarevian the owner of CRS and explained my situation and urgent need for high skill reconstruction in the containment area. He came the very next afternoon and did a walk through and took measurements and samples of the crown moldings and baseboard. I endorsed him to the HOA but needed them to approve. He passed the 3 bid requirement of the HOA with the LOWEST BID! He scheduled Gabriel, his BEST FINISH CARPENTER on hold for me. CRS began their work 14 hours after the mold remediation clearance was confirmed. They had promised completion in 6 days. I didn't believe it possible. But by the second long and productive day I BECANE A BELIEVER! Gabriel was a soft spoken gentleman but he insisted on carrying the 58th inch drywall into my bedroom by himself. He hung the ceiling the next day and was doing first coat spanking third day. INVISIBLE SEAMS. EACH DAY PROMPT ARRIVAL NO COFFEE BREAKS AND MY HOME AND ENTRY WAYS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN! By the fourth day he began replacing the expensive moldings and I was AMAZING JOINERY OF THE FANCY MOLDINGS. The texturizing of the wall paint and perfect edging. I loved their work. EXACTING STANDARDS! FAIR PRICE! BEST INSULATION AND DRYWALL. DUNN EDWARDS PAINTS! THE BEST OF THE BEST! THESE GUYS REPLACED MY NIGHTMARE WITH A BEAUTIFUL DREAM!“

“I am a very happy client. We needed to replace a built in Thermador refrigerator / freezer. I was initially referred to several large retail businesses whose representatives told me the same story. I would need to modify the existing kitchen cabinetry and fabricate new panels to fit on the new refrigerator doors and drawer. The new Thermador fridge models have different dimensions and configurations and would not accept the existing panels that matched the rest of the kitchen. So, construction for a new cut out , new panels and paint for the kitchen. I called CDG and Judy took over. She said she needed to check on some things and would get right back to me. She did. Judy found a new but older model Thermador that was a perfect fit for the cut out and would accept the existing door panels. It came with the usual warranty from Thermador. Judy arranged for delivery and suggested an installation company. Judy kept me current on the progress of the project and followed up after the major events. She handled the difficult job of coordinating the delivery and installation portions of the job. Everything worked out as well as one can only imagine. Judy is magic.
