The kitchen was just over 100 square feet, and the process began with our general contractor removing everything down to the studs in the walls.DesignWe visited the showroom to examine product and ask questions. We easily saw the options available to us, and Ryan answered all our questions without applying any pressure to make certain decisions. The design process continued with Ryan sending us custom drawings of the project for our approval based upon the product we selected and the accents we wanted. Throughout this process we felt that our desires were implemented and presented so that there was never any confusion. Based on the drawings, we made a few changes to the layout, and these changes were implemented without issue. There was no computer animated walkthrough in the process.ProfessionalismRyan and his workers (we saw two) are models of curtesy and professionalism. They are friendly, patient with all questions, and quick to respond to issues. For example, during installation we concluded that the hood over the range was slightly higher than desired, something not readily apparent on the drawings. “A friend recommended Huntington Cabinets to us. We had 3 prior quotes from other companies and they were double and triple what we got quoted with Huntington Cabinets. We met with Luna at her warehouse in Huntington Beach. We picked out the cabinets and set up the appointment for her to come to our house, do the measurements and give us a quote. She came on the day we decided upon, measured everything out as well made suggestions on how to utilize the whole space of the kitchen properly. In 2 days she emailed me a 3D image of what our kitchen would look like, along with a detailed quote that breaks up the cost of labor and materials (so we knew exactly what we were paying for). After a day of thinking, we changed our mind on the design and asked her to create a built in fridge area. She said "no problem" and sent me the new layout the same day! Again, we changed our mind on having double oven and asked for a change in the design. Again, she said "no problem" and sent me a new 3d imagine of the new look and design. She was always super easy to contact and always returned my calls within an hour! When the work started, she showed up with her workers, stayed and oversaw the whole project from start to finish! She is very detail oriented and takes pride in her work. Her cabinets were in and installed in our kitchen in 3 DAYS as advertised! Our whole renovation project took longer than expected because we ended up adding new flooring as well as a whole new bathroom and also redid our laundry room. We were so impressed with Luna and her work, that it was easy adding new projects to our plate! It was all well worth it! I highly recommend Luna and Huntington Cabinets to everyone! She is reliable, sticks to her schedule, is very accessible via the phone and email and is really reasonable in terms of price. Also, the quality of her products is amazing! She could easily charge double! Her kitchen cabinets are solid wood and pre-made but offer a lot of custom features (like a pull out spice rack, and pull out drawers that slide out, built in/pull out trash drawers).
