I consulted Ron at Attic Control to remove old attic insulation and replace with new at my cabin in Crestline. Ron was very responsive to my communications, was pleasant, and explained things well. He showed up to estimate appointment on time. We scheduled an appointment about a month out for him to do the work although his availability was sooner than mine. He estimated 2 days to do the attic as well as my basement. He kept the appointment, showed up when he said he would, and acutally finished 90% of the work the first day and only had to come the second day to finish up a few things. I called Attic Control for an attic clean out and reinstalling insulation. Ron responded immediately. I had already gotten another estimate. Ron was very professional and spent a lot of time reviewing everything.Told me my air ducts were fine and did not need replacing. The other company I called wanted to charge me for replacing them along with the rest of the work. At an outrageous price and told me they were giving me 30% off special pricing.Ron and his crew spent 2 full days one day to clean attic out and one day to replace old insulation and repair any place that rodents might get in all over my home. Let me start by first off saying Ron is a great honest guy who is knowledgeable and knows how to do business! He came to give me a quote for a clean up and reinsulate my attic and I appreciated how thorough and informative he was with the entire process. He takes photos for you from start to finish which is great and definitely let's you know he is confident in what he does and does it right. You know exactly what's going on and it put me at ease being a new home owner. I also loved that he does the work himself and has a trusted team of 1-2 guys. The extra things are what puts him above the rest. Thank you Ron!
