Chisum's Floors just completed the second job for us and, I highly recommend this company. Our sales experience was pleasant, just helpful recommendations and problem solving from Debbie. We had some tricky deadlines, and difficult install issues that were well managed. Moreover their installers are personable considerate and skilled.

Go with these guys. I can't recommend them enough.

It's possible they're slightly more expensive than the competition, but honestly, it's worth it.

Debbie and Tim were easy to work with, fast to respond to questions, not pushy. When their distributor had an issue sourcing the engineered hardwood we wanted, they used creative problem solving to make it right, and we're so happy with the result.

Also -- they use their own installers, who are on their payroll. Their competition use sub-contractors. Big difference in quality, IMO. Enrique, their installer who put in our floor, is an absolute mensch.
