Just wanted to give a shout out to this office. I was a patient of Roger Phelps, but he retired last year. The glasses I had purchased just before he retired lost a screw. I asked if they could supply a screw, even though I was not a patient. They fixed my glasses and didn't even charge me!!! That's old Ojai!!Thank you, once again. Above and beyond.

Poor service! Requires an appointment just to come in and look are selection of eye glasses. Very few appointments available.
