I called Bart and although he is swamped, he came out at 7am to look at the job. He can get it done next weekend so I will update then, but great that he started his day early for me.

Bart and his team were great! In the first use, he was running late so he sent another teammate to get my tenants door lock fixed on time. In the second use, he came, quickly took the replacement toilet and within an hour had installed the new one cleanly and at a very competitive price. I called Bart to come look at a window that had a broken sash cord. Everyone else said I needed to replace the window, but Bart was able to repair my broken piece and saved me $$$.He also addressed an outlet that was poorly installed by someone else. Will be calling Bart when I am in need of any handyman services.
