Action Carpet just finished yet another project for us and I immediately called Kany, the owner, to thank him. This is not our first time doing business with them. We have used them for the last 20+ years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The showroom has a huge variety of flooring from carpet to vinyl, laminate and many brands. Kany and Shawn are so helpful in making suggestions and educating you in what is the right product for your needs. They are 100 percent about customer service and never try to sell you on anything. The installer that just left remembered doing our master bedroom several years ago. Super nice guy and a real perfectionist with his work. Nacho is the installer who does carpets and he will be here next week to install new carpet in our living room and dining room. He has been here numerous times and always does amazing work. We live in Encinitas and they have our business forever . Fair prices, knowledgeable people, outstanding customer service...I would give them a 12 if I could. They have been in business for over 35 years so they're doing something right. Highly recommend!

The entire experience from the initial sales through installation was so pleasant. Steve, our salesman, was patient and knowledgeable and asked the right questions to be able to recommend a style that would suit our needs. The 3 gentlemen who installed the carpet were courteous and very efficient and neat. I would highly recommend Action Carpet for all your flooring needs!
