Action Carpet just finished yet another project for us and I immediately called Kany, the owner, to thank him. This is not our first time doing business with them. We have used them for the last 20+ years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The showroom has a huge variety of flooring from carpet to vinyl, laminate and many brands. Kany and Shawn are so helpful in making suggestions and educating you in what is the right product for your needs. They are 100 percent about customer service and never try to sell you on anything. The installer that just left remembered doing our master bedroom several years ago. Super nice guy and a real perfectionist with his work. Nacho is the installer who does carpets and he will be here next week to install new carpet in our living room and dining room. He has been here numerous times and always does amazing work. We live in Encinitas and they have our business forever . Fair prices, knowledgeable people, outstanding customer service...I would give them a 12 if I could. They have been in business for over 35 years so they're doing something right. Highly recommend!
My brother is a retired flooring contractor and he chose Action Carpets to install carpet in three bedrooms. From start to finish is was a great experience…Nacho was our installer and he worked like a one-man-machine. Clean, fast, efficient and left the workspace in great condition. Thanks!
Many years ago, Action Carpet & Floor Decor saved us when we had a slab leak and needed to replace part of our carpet. Now, after a lifetime of having wall-to-wall carpet throughout our homes, we decided to switch to a wood product flooring. The idea was a bit overwhelming, as we knew nothing about these types of floors.
Kany to the rescue! He patiently walked us through the various options, price ranges, and pros and cons. When we settled on a product but were struggling to choose a color, he let us borrow a sample to see how it looked in our home. His knowledge and expertise were incredibly helpful, and he turned a potentially stressful experience into an adventure.
