I wanted to complement the management and staff at Leeds QTC. Today I had another appointment at their office and realized I had not written about the really fine job they are performing. My experience was nothing short of enjoyable. In particular, Dr. Valenti, Physician Assistant Chad Christensen, and Phlebotomist Maria were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, professional, and respectful. They and the manager ensured that what could have been a stressful experience was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciate the quality of care and exceptional service they provided me. My overall experience here in Oceanside has been great ! All representatives and desk personnel really did care about my claims and being treated with kindness. All questions I had were answers and I believe they are taking care of things here in Oceanside CA. I actually rescheduled my appts from Temecula to Oceanside because it saved me money on my trip to and from and the representative was kind enough to reschedule me even on a Friday workday. Thanks QTC medical group OCEANSIDE!

My paperwork was complete. When I checked in when I sat down, I was immediately called to the examination room, friendly and understanding examiner I was in and out quickly and efficiently. I recommend the facility to anyone who needs it.
