He explained everything in detail without being condescending, and it was a wholly pleasant experience. I was having neck pain since October, 2023, and I tried a chiropractor and a masseuse. “Dr. Sarah is incredible and a miracle worker. I developed Achilles tendinosis by summer 2023. I had been going to physical therapy but wasn’t progressing. I I started seeing Dr. Sarah early 2024 and she worked with me. Did probably 6 sessions of ART and I was back up and running by May 2024. Eventually I competed in my first Half and Full Ironman’s in the Fall of 2024 thanks in all the work Dr. Sarah did. Then in 2025 training for the Oceanside half-Ironman, I hurt my IT band really badly a month before the race. I really thought I might not be able to compete in the race.
