I love this class so much. I was not a big yoga person before and often would end injured in yoga classes. Jenay is so skilled, has great flows and is a fantastic teacher. And wicked good taste in music! I’ve been going for almost a year and many of the people have been gong for many years.
Jenay is the BEST! It has taken me so long to get back in the studio after having babies and I’m so glad I found her! She’s grounded, inspiring, and such a beautiful human being!
