Our HOA has been using B&K for years and years to repair, inspect and replace our roofs. Terry, the owner, is ethical, dependable and responds quickly in an emergency situation. Many of the condo owners have other homes where they have used B&K also for their stand alone homes. Carol in the office is pleasant and answers your questions.. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to other bids we got. Below there is a list of pricing to choose from but we could check them all from small repair to major multiple building redos, so clicking any one price is irrelevant. I can not recommend this company highly enough .

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from B and K Roofing Inc. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, every aspect of the experience was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. The process was smooth and stress-free, especially since I live out of state and this was my rental property. Terry was fantastic throughout the entire process. Had an issue in the middle of the night back in December, B and K was quick to come and fix it for me. So great to now we have such a quality roofing company here in Antioch. The workers were extremely professional unlike some of the other reviews had previously stated. With how everything was handled I have trust that if any problems would have occurred owner Terry would of made it right. If i have any other roofing needs B and K would be who I call again
