This was exactly what I needed! The communication with the employees was seamless, I felt like I got exactly what I was promised, the lighting was incredible, the rooms are clean and so cozy/viby! I will be coming back, and highly recommend this to anyone who wants a quick relaxing sauna or spa date, it is the best!
Ignore the bad reviews. Straight forward hot tub place I have been to many times. They deal with a lot of entitled people who think they are booking a room at the Four Seasons. Generally safe part of town but since Covid downtown Oakland can be sketchy. Uber there and back.
The man at the desk was professional and politely explained everything. He set up my VIP room with candles and rose pedals pretty fast. My wife loved the experience and we would definitely come back.
