This place is definitely better than it was a few years ago. My massage therapist gave me a great massage, and I appreciated the quality of the service.
However, I was really turned off by the way a 33% tip was pushed at checkout. That felt excessive and not truly optional, which made the overall experience uncomfortable.
Because of that, I’m unsure if I would return.

Really disappointed. I used to LOVE this place! Prices have gone up and quality way down.
Aggressively reprimanded for not tipping more than 20%!? Massage quality was bare minimum. Not the true acupressure treatment of the past. It’s a dingy and sketchy feeling space, which was totally acceptable when it was a screaming deal with amazing service. But with tip and an excessive $5 credit card fee, it came to $53 for a meh 30min foot massage and awkward scolding.

It's been seven years that I filed my police report after having my DIAMOND ring taken off my baby finger by HELEN while massaging my hand. I didn't notice until the following morning it was gone. My appointment was 6 PM evening before I never ever take my ring off for any reason. I Never got it back. It was a family heirloom that I had IT reset So please be aware that this practice is probable still happening and she's getting away with it.

The masseuse was late which was fine, but then when he comes in the other people with him starts cooking food in the back which created a unique smell, then they keep the door open most of the time I got my massage and the most uncomfortable part about it was I gave him a 10 tip and he asked for another 10 dollars lol I just gave it to him because I felt like he needed it more than me but I tip based off of experience and service and neither were worth a 20 dollar tip.

The massage was okay, and I gave her a $25 tip, but she asked for more and that really turned me off. I thought $25 was generous. Especially for a mediocre massage in an ugly room. I used to come here, but wont ever again. Should have just kept me as a repeat customer.

It was a fine massage; I appreciated the warm packets they put on the butt and lower tummy to keep you warm. However, they do, at the end, try to surcharge a lot for the tip. I didn’t ask for hot stone, but the masseuse gave it during my session. I was a bit confused until I realized she did it to guilt trip me into paying more tip. I was going to give 20%, but ended up paying 25% and felt pressured to do more. I’m not too upset because the massage itself was fine, but that part of the experience made me uncomfortable.
