I have never been talked down to by a medical office like I have by this office. Please go anywhere else if you are disabled and need real treatment. I tried to get silver ring splints here and was refused help until halfway through my appointment with the hand therapist Lisa I started to sob at how much pain I was in and how all of her advice was not helpful for someone like myself with EDS. She then immediately brought out the sizing kit and started the process to get me sized. My experience with the hand therapy has been nothing but invalidating and extremely unhelpful. I like the work done, I'm getting better with time. But when I need pain medicine I can't seem to get that unless I speak to the doctor. Because for some reason assistants don't think that black people have pain too. Dawn wong black people have pain after surgery !!!! Every body black is not a drug addict !!!!!

IBoth my husband and I have used the two hand therapists. They have been a big help in alleviating pain and promoting healing and strength. They are able to succeed because they listen to the patient and adapt the program to fit the individual.
