Warm welcoming and professional! I can’t say enough about the care I received from Kara and the other practitioners. I needed relief from neck and middle back pain. I always leave feeling much better after treatment- for weeks after. I play ice hockey so I’m often hard on my body but I know where to go when I need an adjustment.Thank you !!!

Kara saved me from so much pelvic pain during my pregnancy! And when it came time to deliver my baby, I pushed for all of five minutes. Highly recommend Kara for adjustments (and Nicole for massages!)

I've seen Dr. Kara for an adjustment and had massages here, and my experiences have been super good! The highest level of skill and knowledge are the standard, and all the providers and staff have been friendly, accessible, and welcoming. I'm so lucky to have them here in Forestville, western Sonoma County!
