Vita is hands down the best studio that I have been to in the East Bay. The studio itself is bright, clean and beautiful. The instructors are very kind and qualified and the owner, Katy, is absolutely amazing. I also enjoy the community culture aspect of this studio. It’s very welcoming and I have felt comfortable and supported as I am acclimating back to strength training. 10/10 recommend

Vita is an excellent yoga studio in the Rockridge/Elmwood area. I'm a newbie to yoga and was brought here by a more seasoned friend, as I was looking to both increase my flexibility and strength. It's in a convenient location that's super walkable (if you're not local to the neighborhood, it's about a block from Bart and there are multiple bus lines nearby). The studio is bright and clean with a modern and inviting atmosphere. The studio is on the smaller side, though, but that's common with boutique and locally owned studios (if looking for a bigger work out area, it's probably better to go to the bigger chain gyms/studios). LOVE Vita!! It's literally the only place I've found in the area with both great workout classes and affordable childcare. The teachers lead with kindness and encouragement and my toddler loves playing with the childcare providers. Cannot recommend enough!
