Dana the meidcal information clerk was extremely rude and unprofessiona, she was impatient and rolled her eyes while checking in my nephew. Her demeanor was negative and not indicative of someone who should be working in an office with children and families. Other than her all else good.

DR. CELESTE ALLEN is God's Angel! Truly & honestly. My kids have been seeing Dr. Allen for over 10+ years. She is attentive, caring, and truly an amazing person. They started seeing Dr. Allen when we lived in Oakland. We moved to Hercules & then Pittsburg and I still drive 30-45 minutes so they can see her. She is that good. My oldest daughter is now 23 and still sees Dr. Allen. She dreads turning 25 because she will not be able to continue as her patient. I have been holding off on writing this review because I really didn't want to share Dr. Allen but I'm realizing that others need her as well. DR. CELESTE ALLEN IS THE BEST!

Not to be rude but the front desk receptionist lady(s) are completely useless and non-helpful. Wait times are horrible. The building itself is disgusting and needs a thorough deep clean, it's truly horrifying how gross the building is. I've met multiple doctors here and I seriously don't understand how any of them are licensed professionals, it's actually scary. I've had multiple appointments cancelled last minute and not able to schedule a appointment until months after, due to mistakes on their end. If you truly love your child please look somewhere else. I don't understand how they are still operating. This review is incredibly nice considering what I truly want to say and also the fact that I don't know any of their names to call out. Will update post once I get names :)

Both my girls go to this clinic. I feel like the Doctors here's truly care for the children that come here. They do amazing work and never leave a parent with a doubt. Everytime my kids have been sick they walk me through instructions for care and also make sure they get right the reason why your child might be sick. They are very nice people and understanding. As well as front staff everyone here is very welcoming I couldn't have chose a better clinic for my kids.

My children have been coming to this clinic since they were small, now young adults. We have seen some very good doctors, nutritionist, and specialist. The pharmacist are on top of things. I am so glad I made the decision years ago to transfer my Children's health and we'll being to this facility.

My nightmare was turned into a pleasant reality with this hospital. My son broken his leg!! As a mom i was so scared but this hospital took such great care of him. All of the nurses, doctors, front desk receptionists, EVERYONE was so nice and so thoughtful to my child! Absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend this place and shout out to VICTOR IN ORTHOPEDICS! Roman says thank you for the best casting visit! You are all awesome
