My friends car broke down on the way to the airport on the freeway. Not ideal. Kristine was very understanding that I had to prioritize her safety, followed up with a very compassionate timely text and I was able to take care of the logistics and towing all from
San Diego while my friend was able to just concentrate on getting to the airport. Guy, the driver , called within 10-15 minutes to let me know he was at the vehicle. I had to change drop off location and he was super understanding and quick. Sent me a picture of the car dropped off.
Really exceptional service. While I hope I do t need their services again, I would absolutely use or highly recommend them to anyone… read full review
