I didn’t expect the technician to troubleshoot but he sure tried. My battery died and after recharging the thing, my dash was stuck on this screen right here. One thing after another. One quick stop to the shop and hopefully problems will be resolved. But hey, if anything comes up I know who I’m calling. 🤣
the staff was professional, and very helpful. Everything was fast, and straightforward, and I felt like I was treated honestly and fairly. This is hands down one of the best towing companies I’ve been to. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and fair pricing.
Hired Supersonic for a tow that AAA had declined to do (not the first time they let me down, member for 20 years) because of a narrow garage door. Driver explained he would need me to be his eyes in the garage, put two wedges under the locked drive wheels, lifted the front and dragged the car out on first try, no incident. Just using some common sense, experience and patience. Rest of the drive was uneventful, bu t driver was considerate all the way to the drop off. Estimate was just about correct (not sure if competitive or not). Next time I won't call AAA, I will call Supersonic.
