Before working with Dr. Jenn, I felt like I was living in two completely different bodies each month. For about half the month, I was deep in brain fog, exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected. Nothing really brought me joy, and my nervous system felt like it was constantly buzzing on high. The other half of the month, when I started to feel a bit better, I was mostly just recovering from how depleted I had been. It was an awful cycle.

I cannot recommend Dr. Erin Fitzgerald and The Women's Vitality Center highly enough! When I first came to Dr. Fitzgerald, I was struggling with perimenopausal symptoms—fatigue, low mood, weight gain, skin issues, hot flashes, and difficulty sleeping. Unlike my previous experiences, she took the time to truly listen, understand how I was feeling, and, more importantly, how I wanted to feel.
Through comprehensive testing (which had never been offered by my primary care physician), we were able to pinpoint what was happening with my hormones and overall health. With a personalized approach, we addressed the root causes rather than just the symptoms.

Thank you so much for being a part of my care team prior to my baby's arrival. We may not have started working together with this end goal in mind, but I strongly believe that your treatment regimen and Replenish program set me up for a birth with no complications and a better understanding of my body.
