First, they have a great Windows 101 guide on their website that gave infinitely more information than I had gotten previously. I gave WS a call and Keith came out, spent an hour with me answering all kinds of questions (and more questions, and more questions), and helped put together several different configurations of window quotes that met various needs. Throughout the process they were patient, generous with their time, and extremely helpful. If you're looking to get windows replaced, I highly recommend reaching out to Keith and talking with him. I learned a lot about windows and feel very comfortable now with the choices we've made in our replacement journey.
Our Marvin patio doors were locked and we could not get them open. I contacted my rep from Ashby Lumber and he gave me Jim's number. Jim came to our home the same day. He took pictures and worked on the hardware for a minute. He is going to order what we need and get our door back to 100%. Such a professional guy. If you have any Marvin door or window problems Jim is the guy. A plus
