Summary: Quality glass at a good price and great delivery experience, but administrative issues delayed the process.I called East Bay Glass just over a month ahead of when I wanted a custom piece done as a gift. I discussed options with them, provided measurements, was told they'd get me a quote, and that production turnaround time would be about a week. After a week of not receiving a quote via email, I called back to follow up. They said they were still working on it but that it would be available same-day. These guys were awesome. Replaced a single window when most other companies said only 1 window wasn't worth their time. Were in and out in the blink of an eye and the window looks and works great!

I’ve been doing business with East Bay Glass for several years now. Actually I only use them for my glass needs. They have always been friendly, personable, fair pricing and quick turn arounds on my orders. I have also been very pleased using them for some on my specialty wood working needs.
