Overall, we were very pleased with the services we received from Tez. Ceyhun was most helpful showing us quartz and granite slabs for our kitchen - we were very pleased to find a quartz slab within our budget. Additionally, Ceyhun worked with us when we were picking out tiles for the backsplash. He was always friendly and responsive to our needs, and very professional. We did run into a glitch when the installers canceled their appointment on the morning of the scheduled installation due to a machine breakdown. Michael was very helpful in calming me down and working with the installers to reschedule for the next day. The installers were fabulous, despite many issues, they did an excellent job of overcoming some difficult obstacles due to the unevenness of an old house, and the countertops look beautiful!
